Good Morning.
I am in a very HAPPY mood this morning.
I always say that Monday is the best day of the week for me I am about to change my mind, I think that it should be Saturday. For one thing that I am writing at the moment are for you to read on this Saturday and Sunday, and then after a day of rest and our usual Sunday morning meeting I will be back here on Monday refreshed and ready to give you a fresh up to date journal. That is very interesting information about the HBOT! It is also used in the treatment of burn survivors' skin, I know. Some years back, out here in L.A., there were O2 cafes where people went to breathe pure oxygen. I have never been to one, but those who enjoyed them seemed to derive a lot of beneficial effects from them.

You have heard of the " The last rose of summer " well this is what MARY found when she was out checking our rose believe it or not in the rain. Our roses have been very good this season and we hope to have more in the spring to show you.

We do not go for the Saturday oxygen treatment, we do need one day to sleep late, and to also get ready for our Meeting. We are expecting a few guest this afternoon, tea and cookies I imagine.
The coffee has been ready for a little while and I have been sipping on it as I write, shame on me, come on sit down and I will pour, now don't that taste and smell good. Dad.

Good Morning DAD...
The smell of coffee and words of fun and wisdom lead me to you. And today Mary's rose brightens this day. Will she cut it and place it on the table and add beauty for guest to enjoy along with the tea and cookies.
In our part of the country it feels like a good day to bake and your menu is making me think cookies, maybe peanut butter or ginger cookies. The house will get toasty warm and the scents will smell of fall.

I clicked on WWW.explore.org to watch the Polar Bears. All is quiet. From Sept to Nov. the Bears gather at Churchill, Manitoba to wait for the Hudson Bay to freeze. Then they go out on the ice in search of food. Four Cams are set up at the Churchill Lodge and we can enjoy the bears from our homes. What an adventure.
