DAD's THURSDAY's ENTRY TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY NINE

Good Morning

I hope that all is well with you wherever you are in this world. I am doing very well and hope to do better after I have had my cup of x bold, it just seems to take that every morning to get me started.

Our weather here is a little strange, very cool and plenty of rain, I wonder if that is going to slow up the tomatoes, I hope not I am hungry for that famous tomato sandwich, made only with a home grown tomato.

DAD'S WEDNESDAY'S ENTRY TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT

Good Morning to all of you on another rain falling morning, it has been very wet here for several days, we have not been able to get near the tomato garden, they do seem to be growing, we might have a few tomatoes after all our hail setback.

It's cold her is starting off at 48 degrees and expects to rise to only 65, with rain in the morning hours. Then maybe a little sun. This looks like another stay inside day, Prince will be happy.

We have all of our red Double Knock Out Roses in their place in the front and side yard, I like these roses very much they bloom all summer and do not require very much attention, we have 4 of them now and that is enough

We will be in our Bible study tonight, our study is Luke chapter 17. We hope to get help to help us to keep on going.

I must stop, I feel like a failure again this morning, but it's all I have to offer. As I sign off I am sipping on that x bold coffee, I need a little push and I think that might help.

DADS SATURDAYS ENTRY TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT

Good Morning.

My son, Jim, went fishing on Thursday to Douglas Lake. He and his buddies caught 23 nice “croppies”. They are delicious to eat, and I’m hoping he bring me a mess soon.DAD

Look at that smile, he must have saw something funny, or heard a joke from one of his friends,

Jim loves to fish and I am glad that he is retired from Eastman and has a chance to go often. He has a nice pontoon boat, and he has two other fishermen that go with him.

If you will click on Outside Cam # 1 you will see a beautiful Flag waving in the wind and right below the Flag is a Blue Bird box with 3 or 4 baby blue birds. I have been watching them being fed today. DAD.

Measure twice- Saw once.?????????? I will explain my thought here Monday morning. DAD

You can tell by the picture above that is just about time to be thinking about Dad's tomato sandwiches. This of course is not my main garden, just a few Bradwines on the left end of this planter, and six Bigboys on the right. Just could not wait any longer,for the Burpee plants to arrive, they will be here early next week, then you will see some action around here, Dad.

I must stop before I get throwed out on my ear, I have said more than I should have this morning. But I am feeling good, full of pep and is hard for me to find a place to park. Sundays plans are about the same as usual. Our Sunday morning meeting, and then a lunch at home in Dad's kitchen with Prince, mabye a short nap in the afternoon.

As you know I do not write a journal on Sunday. I do plan to talk to you as we drink a cup of Sumatra x bold on Monday morning.
