Good Morning.

I hope that all is well at your house, I guess that you could say that I am doing as well as could be expected, you know that you cannot expect very much out of a 98 year man.

I don't have very much planed for this day, to tell you the truth we have about run out of any thing to do, just keeping up the WildLife Habitat is about all that has to be done. We have had so many birds to visit us this year, so many that we can hardly keep water and food for them, some we don't what they are, can't even find them in our bird book.

Good Morning.

I am surprised this morning, I don't know what to think. I don't have anything to complain about, and you know that it is hard for me to talk without something being wrong. Well you know yesterday morning I was so worried, I had plans and the rain was on the way, well listen to this, the rain did not come and we had the most beautiful day that we have had in a long time, and if you will look at Cam # 2 you will get an idea of what things are going to look like. I am ready to get those plants in the ground around April 15 if the frost scare is over. Burpee will not ship plants until they are sure that the time is safe.

This rain predicted above does not bother me today, The work that I am doing will be mostly inside, Now can you see why I am in a happy mood, and feeling more like that we are going to have the best tomato season ever. DAD.

Good Morning.

We had a thunder storm that had been predicted pass through Dad's tomato garden yesterday, A lot of water fell here, a little over 2 inches. there was some flooding near us, but not dangerous Mary and I had to go to the drug store and the driving was not easy. Here below is the weather for today at 3 a.m. looks like no rain today

Because of the weather I was not able to look after these. Cams. as I usually do, I will be back on the job this morning, the birds and squirles will think that I have give up my WildLife Habitat no I have not, you will see me this morning just as soon as the sun comes up over the hen house.

Good Morning.

How are you this tuesday morning ? Well I wan't to tell you that my mood is very Happy. And I have several reasons for that to be so. I have my great grand sons picture , sitting with me right over to your right, in the side panel, and am I proud of him.

That picture will be there every day, it makes me smile just to look at it, and this old man needs all the smiles that he can get, he is planning to come see us saturday, he has something planned, I don't hardly know what all.

Here is my first update this morning, it began snowing about an hour ago, and the ground is covered. Here is the funny part, Prince is sitting in the window looking out, and you know that this is the first snow that he has ever seen, He turns and looks at me as if to ask what is going on.

This poem above does not fit in with this weather that we are having,I like the poem anyway. It is cold here this morning 22 degrees at 3 a.m. and a high of only 32 expected, how can you even talk about tomatoes in weather like that, but I can talk about smiles I try to produce them as well as tomatoes.

I am having a cup of Sumatra x bold coffee, and I know that 3 a.m. is to early to offer you a cup, I will be making more later, I was think about Sara, Misty and Oreo, I don't know what the tempeature is at Sara's Dog Training blog I am sure that it is lower than ours. I am not worried I know Sara well enough to know that she would not let them get cold. DAD.

We have made it through one of those 5 days, and I believe that we are going to make it this tuesday.

How are you feeling this morning, and what is your mood like, I am sure that it is happy.

I am feeling much better this tuesday morning, my throat is alright now, if you could hear me I would sing you a song, it is so bad when this happens to me. I have been going outside some of these cold mornings without my sweater on, I think that is what caused this on Sunday, Sweaters when I leave my offce from now on. DAD .

The two pictures above are from the first stake starting at your left that I have been showing when I have the camera on the inside because of the 95 degree weather, well this morning I will be here again because of wet ground we did get a good rain last night; This plant is one of those delicous Brandy Wines, for flavor thy can't be beat. My mood for today 3/30/10 is Happy.

How are you feeling on this Tuesday morning ? I am feeling very good and I think that one of the reasons is the good weather that we are expecting, Lots of Sun and warmer for a few days, mabye not much rain.

Enjoy these three cams, especially 3 & 4. Some of you may be having trouble getting to Cam # 3. This little tip might help you. When you start downloading don't advance until the word DONE is shown right down at the bottom on the left side of the screen. sometimes it will say waiting on picture. I started this Journal on August 28, 2003 for the main purpose of helping others produce a good home grown tomato. That is still my desire. I will be glad for any comments or criticism. I appreciate all of my readers who have stayed with me through these years. Dad.
