" Begin the day with God "
Good Morning.
I need to repeat heavy rain again this Wednesday morning, and it looks like more before the week is over. It is slowing down my outside work, but I can catch up soon as I am feeling so much better and I am not afraid of work, why I can lay down right by the side of it and fall fast asleep. Dad
Today
Few showers. High 19C. Winds WSW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%.
Cloudy with a few showers. High 67F. Winds WSW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%.
We promised you to be back soon yesterday, but we were not able to keep that promise, we found a few thinks that we could do while we were out that had been hanging long enough, and the were profitable so we thought now is the time, " Never do today what you can put off until tomorrow" Now wait a minuet that don't sound right, but I kindly like it.
- If some of you readers would take every thing that I have said up above and run it through a strainer or sifter for me, and get it to where it makes sense, it seems to be all mixed up, I know that you will help me Dad.
" When you can't change the direction of the wind adjust your sails "
The above from A fathers book of wisdom .
" If you pick up a starving dog and make him prosperous , He will not bite you. This is the principal difference between a dog and a man"
The above by Mark Twain.
I am supposed to be producing Smile right now, the rose and tomato season is over, but I don't have even a little grin for this day, all that I have done is let you know is that I am still here, feeling content, happy and relaxed.
Our mid week bible study is at our house tonight. Our study is Colossians chapters three and four. There are some important reading in the first few verses of chapter three. DAD

We've had lots of rain here too. Hope your Wednesday is a wonderful one!
Good Morning DAD...
More RAIN! I wish I had tossed down some grass seed on those bare spots, then in the spring I could have said thank goodness for all that rain. But I put off until tomorrow the things I could have done yesterday.
Sounds like you made very good use of your time yesterday. Doesn't it feel great when that happens! I had a productive day yesterday as well but today I will go to see the movie The Help with a few friends who I haven't seen in a while...we will catch up over lunch. It will add sunshine to this rainy week.
Your sunshine will be hosting tonight's meeting and being surrounded by family and friends and meaningful conversations. Have a wonderful day! ...Sara's Mom
Dear Dad, Ms. Mary, and sweet Prince:
It's supposed to reach 105-107F here today -- how I would love to have your weather! The rain is such a blessing. We haven't had rain for quite awhile.
Enjoyed your quotes especially the Mark Twain one. He was right!
Hope your day is a good one. Sending love and PURRS to you all from Jamaka and fams, sweltering in So. Cal. <3
