DADS FRIDAYS ENTRY THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTT NINE

Good Morning.

I hope that all is well at your  house this morning, I am up and feeling relaxed and happy this morning, Yesterday was a hard day for me  as you would remember so I am glad to see it pass into history, and I am going to enjoy life today. I do have lots to be thankful for, looking to see and feel the kindness of all of you is worth so much to me, if that was all you had to offer it would be a pleasure to be here, because kindness is scarce in this cold cruel world , You are offering us so much more, the Hyperbaricoxygen therapy is priceless. it is the high point of my day. Dr. Hall Dad want to   thank you for giving us so muck to enjoy every day, we should try to pay you back in some way, and we will by telling other about you. telling them all that you have brought to us. DAD

Another thing that I appreciate is that when we are shut in taking our oxygen we are not alone for those two hours, again one of those nice friendly men is sitting right there with, us what a comfort that is to me. He is locked in with us and he does every thing to make us feel safe and comfortable , blankets  and water. You would not get that kind of treatment at your finest hotel, thank him today as he works so hard. and don't forget that sweet girl in the office, things might come to a halt if it was not for her. DAD

Several people have ask me why I start my journal at such an unusual hour. Well here is why , I have readers all around this globe, and there are different time zones, and I want my readers to be able to read it before the go to work, I do get comments from all around this world every day and Dad wants to thank you. Dad

DADS THURSDAYS ENTRY THREE THOSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT

.DO not waste today living  for yourself  = Live for others. DAD

Good Morning,I hope that all of you are feeling happy and able to get to your job in a good humor, that is smiling , I think that the boss will be more pleased with that than a frown.

Well Jim has returned to Kingsport so Mary is back on the job this morning, she does seem happy to be back, I think that she missed all of you because she would ask about you often  , we are glad to have her back be cause we all Love Mary.

It looks like that Dr Hall has changes our schedule a little, usually when we pull onto their free parking lot, in just minuets some one arrives with a wheel chair and take me to prepare me for the two hour in the oxygen chamber that I love. It is doing me so much good that I myself am surprised

But this morning will be a big change, and it was a surprise to us. When they pick us up in the parking lot we are going to visit Heather who is in another department, we met Heather a few years ago, and have always valued her help, and it is going to be interesting to have a visit with her again.

It will be time for that oxygen soon Dr Hall get me back there and ready for it, I do not want to miss this, honestly this is the main reason for me to be here. Dad.

We are so thankful for all the young men and women the Dr mills give us to serve us always with a smile

We did have a wonderful time this morning, visiting with Heather and others along the way, it did take the starch out of me, after a few hours  of sleep I do feel more like my self and by  morning I will be ready to face any thing that comes up with a smile. DAD

I am not going to say more here this evening , I do hope to see you here  early in the morning, I will have the Sumatra x bold ready, maybe that will entice you to get out of your bed

DADS WEDNESDAYS ENTRY THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN

This is the day that that God  has made, we will be glad and rejoice in it.

Good Morning

Today

A few thunderstorms possible. High 25C. Winds S at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 50%.

Showers early then scattered thunderstorms developing later in the day. High 78F. Winds S at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 50%.

Looks like a chance of more rain and the premature  lower for this day, glad that we do not have very much planed for today. Tonight is our bible study, we are studying Hebrews chapters 3 & 4, and the meeting is at our home so Mary and I will not have to get out on the road at night.

Jim and I will be leaving home around 9 A.M this morning, We will be going for my 2 hour oxygen treatment  at Hyperbaric oxygen therapy. I do not want  to ever miss this. When I and  the nurses that dress my foot see it they are amazed at the improvement. No doubt about it I am ready to go to work. I do want to thank Dr, Hall and his friendly staff for all the help that they have given me. It seems to me that take great pleasure in helping you in every way that they can, without complaining . If any of you ever get an offer to try this for your self, take it. DAD

I am not going to say any more right now, I will be back during the day.

Remember the faithful side panel  to your right, he knows a lot and would like to help you and tell you all that I have to offer you, but one thing that he don't have is that Starbucks Sumatra x bold coffee, you will have to get that from Dad and he has  it ready

DADS TUESDAYS ENTRY THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN

Good Morning

Today

Showers. High 25C. Winds light and variable. Chance of rain 40%.

Rain showers in the morning becoming more intermittent in the afternoon. High 78F. Winds light and variable. Chance of rain 40%.

I would like to find out about you this morning. I know that you are still resting in a nice warm bed, where I should be, but I am happy where I am doing what I like to do, and I intend to keep it up as long as I am able to sit at this keyboard . Some advice that I received in my youth that I never forgot and it does make sense " Never work at a job that you do not like, if you can help it, life is so short. "

Our Mary is still taking a few day off, we are missing  her so much, she will be back with me Monday morning, But I have no complaints about the service that I am getting from Jim, he is doing a real good job in taking care of old contrary DAD, He gets me to the Hyperbaric oxygene therapy every morning and waits for two hours for me, just the same as Mary has been doing, Waiting is hard work

I do want to tell you that this treatment is doing wonders for me, and I highly recommend it to all of you. When I come away from the treatment I feel so much better, more get up and go, and able to enjoy life, I am even planning a Tomato Garden this coming spring.  And the Kindness there  you will receive is wonderful  If you ever have a chance to try this please take Dads advice and do it.

    DADS MONDAYS ENTRY THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX.

    These Monday mornings come around so often, we do not mind that we loves these morning that lets us get out and get our hands dirty.

    There are going to be a few changes at Dads  Tomato Garden for this week, Jim has come down to take Mary place, Mary has worked so hard the past few weeks to keep old happy, And she need rest badly. So this week what Mary wants to do she is going to do. I am going to miss her. I Love her very much. DAD.

    So Jim will be take me at 10 A.M. this morning to get my Oxygen treatment. Those two hours spent there are doing me a lot of good. DAD.

    DADS SATURDAYS ENTRY THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE

    Live for others every day, it will bring you a lot more peace than living for yourself. Dad.

    Good Morning.

    I hope that all my friends are doing well this favorite morning of the week, we all are looking for a little renewing and relaxing so we will be better able to meet the enemy of our souls on Monday morning, don't worry he will be there waiting on you

    I have wanted for a long time to tell you a little of what goes own each morning at the Hyperbaric oxygen therapy from the time we arrive until we are tucked in our car for the  trip home. What I am going to talk about is kindness. I am not going to call any names because I might leave some one out, just the kindness that we receive.

    Mary and I try to arrive in their parking lot around 9 A.M. them Mary calls to the office and in seconds there stands a young man with a wheel chair to take me to the waiting room where we are prepared for the treatments , and the lady  who meets us there is so sweet, she seems to know every one by their first name.

    Now the kindness does really begin. We are taken to the place where we enter by some of the kindest young men that you could ever meet.They make sure that you are seated and have blankets to keep you warm, then you are prepared for the oxygen, hoods and all that goes with it. And all during the two hour stay one of these young men stay with us,to watch over us and see that all is well. Now do you call that kindness. Dr Hall I do think that you have the best group of workers, that I have seen, they work so closely together with no complaints. DAD

     Forget the pills - eat a banana. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood.

    I have been told to always respect my elders. Its just getter harder and harder to find one

    DADS FRIDAYS ENTRY THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR

    Good Morning

    It is so nice to wake up to a new day and to be in a Happy mood, being thankful for that new clean sheet  that God gladly gives  us all each morning .It is spotless at the moment, but how long will it will it stay clean ?

    We all live in a cold, cruel and dirty world, its all around us on every side, we do need to be very careful today and not let any of that cling to us, No I am not a preacher, I have just lived in this world a little over 98 years, and I have experienced  and saw a lot of things that can happen before you realize it, so please take this old grey headed mans advice for one time, and you might thank me for it later in your life.
