I hope that you like the thought above and the way that we are presenting it. The sound of the fountain may hinder this one a little. I will be moving to other places each day. DAD.

Please bear with me nothing is wrong I am happy, smiling and feeling good. I will be finished soon, remember this is MONDAY morning, so we can expect a few setbacks. Dad.

Hey I just thought of something we have not had our tea or coffee yet, I think that is my problem. I should know better I can not do very much unless I have a cup. Sit down and rest a while and enjoy a cup with me. Dad.

I was out running errands yesterday and stopped by someone’s house to pick up things from Freecycle.
As I went back to my car, I noticed that there was a small nursery across the street.
I told myself I didn’t have any money to spend, but the thought of walking among plants won out and I strolled over to browse.
I had been thinking that I wanted to plant something in my new Earthbox, so after visiting the annuals, perennials and herbs, I finally discovered where the vegetables were hiding. Unfortunately, it’s been pretty hot here in Utah and it showed. Many of the plants were in sad shape, wilting and yellow.
I must admit I have a soft heart for plants in trouble.
.
I am going to let this be all for right now. I need more coffee and a little rest so that I can try and finish this day. I hope that it is a good one for you. Be kind and the first to smile today. I plan on being here in the morning. Sending love and good wishes to each of you.

Good morning, Dad! I like this new ritual... I help myself to some coffee and listen to you read the thought for the day. Couldn't ask for better.
Sorry Dad, I couldn't hear all you read. Whatever it was I know it was good. Oreo did great this weekend. Him and Misty are wonderful dogs. Have a great day today. Helen
Good Monday Morning! It's always a joy to see your face and start the day with a smile. The quote you used about smiles was one I hadn't heard before so I'm going to copy it to use too. Smiles are wonderful things and often all that is needed to make a huge difference in someones day.
A cup of Starbuck's and a smile from Dad now gets my mornings going. And yesterday afternoon Dad got me going as well. When I saw 6 small green tomatoes on my one and only tomato plant I just had to pick them. In your video you said you like the small ones best. And these were the best. Dipped in egg and corn meal and fried crisped...Yum! Now I wish I had more plants. Have a relaxing day today.

Hi Dad,
It's so great to HEAR and see you read your thought for the day. This blog (and you!) keep on getting better and better.
Thanks for the coffee...it was extra good today.
Love,
Nancy
Dear Dad and Ms. Mary:
Very nice video, Dad, though unfortunately I couldn't decipher much of the message through the fountain sounds...but it is very nice all the same. And that's a very handsome picture of you by the fountain -- that's the place to be, isn't it? So calming and serene.
Glad you had a good weekend and are ready for another week. It sounds as though your weather is nice. Bless the lady in Utah for wanting to rescue the plants! I feel like that, too. ;)
Have a good afternoon/evening, and love to you both from Jamaka and fams, staying safe near the fire lines (but out of danger)
