The link above will take you up to the eagles nest. Someone said they have 3 eggs that you can see. I have not seen them yet. The weather has not been very good for them, but they are still doing good..To see the eagle's eggs you have to go to their blog site which is different than their cam site. It has great photos (taken from the cam) and interesting information about eagles, the nest, and now when to expect these 3 eggs to hatch. Click on http://eaglenest.blogs.wm.edu/ then scroll down and enjoy.Glad to know you are happy. I too am happy this morning

Yes, tomatoes are spectacular indeed.
In addition to all the other health benefits they provide, a new study suggests that tomatoes could be a weight loss weapon.
It’s no secret that tomatoes should be part of a healthy diet already.
They’re full of vitamins, mineral, fiber and antioxidants. Tomatoes (especially when cooked) are a key source of lycopene, an antioxidant that has been shown to fight a number of health conditions. Tomatoes are also low in calories, a plus for any dieter.
However, the tomato may be poised to become a star in the weight loss world.

Dear Friend,
National Wildlife Week, National Wildlife Federation’s, longest running education event, is coming up March 15-21. Celebrate by making a difference in the life of a child and helping them to appreciate wildlife.
Studies show that spending time learning and playing outdoors boosts childrens' health, creativity, and builds a conservation ethic. That’s why National Wildlife Week is part of National Wildlife Federation’s Be Out There movement to return to children what they don’t even know they’ve lost: a connection to the natural world. Get involved through various opportunities, such as:
Including a child in your spring backyard habitat gardening
Leading a planting day for a school or installing a Schoolyard Habitat®
Cultivating a child’s green thumb
Finding out more ideas to make a difference
Working with students? Or looking for activities to do with your family? Register online to receive your custom National Wildlife Week Educator Activity Guide and Family Activity Passport downloads featuring Wildlife Watch activities for your state, and more!

Good morning Sara, I hope that all is well with you, Oreo and Misty. I need my smile and this Sara's Dog Training blog is the only place for me to go. I wish that your Dad & Mom would come home, I know that they are having a good time, but we need them here. Thanks Sara for all that you do for us. DAD.
.
Why do we not worry about TUESDAY morning as much as we do that Monday? I think that it is because we see we made it through that day so we feel like that this one is going to be a good one.
,
I am feeling extra good this morning, That relaxing that I had yesterday did wonders for me. Our day will be a little slower again today also. All that we have planned is a short trip to the trading post. We need to replenish our supplies.
.
So I must go, don't forget to have Love & Mercy today and when night comes you will have a soft pillow. I hope to see you soon..

Good Morning DAD...
It's a good time for a break and a cup of coffee and some smiles and I knew I could get those here. You really have a lot of good stuff in your blog today. I will have to go back and click on each of them. I did check out the baby chicks already. They are so cute. Made me think of the year Sara was in first grade. Her class had a project where the farmer brought the eggs in an incubator to her classroom. The children got to watch the eggs and see the chicks peep out of their shells. Over the easter holiday, the school was closed. Sara volunteered to bring the chicks to our home. At first they stayed in the small tub but in a few days they were able to get over the sides and run around. The first time this happened we had them outside and we were all scurrying to catch them...boy were they fast on such little legs. After the holidays they went back to the farmer.
A butterfly just flew by our window..must be spring in Florida. Looks like a rainy day though...maybe a bit of the storm heading up to Sara.
Stay happy and keep smiling and I will too.
...Sara's Mom
Sara's mom is right, there is a lot of interesting stuff in your blog today! I don't know where you find all these good things but I'm glad you share them with us. Southern California is getting some rain again today and it looks like you are, too. Hopefully it will ease up because I need to get to the store like you and Mary. Have a good day, thanks for all you do, and take care out there.
TOMATOS ARE A HEALTHY FOOD.
I'VE COMMENTED BEFORE OF WHEN A KID BACK ON THE FARM AND A HOT DAY, PASSING BY THE TOMATO PATCH, PICK A BIG RED RIPE ONE, REACH IN THE BIB POCKET OF MY OVERHALLS FOR THE SALT SHAKER CARRIED FOR THIS PURPOSE AND ENJOY THAT LUCIOUS JUICY TOMATO. PERHAPS EVEN A SECOND ONE.
THEN ALONG COMES WINTER TIME AND MEALS WITH HOME CANNED TOMATOS THAT MOTHER FIXED WITH HELP OF THE OLDER GIRLS.
WE WILL NOT GAIN WEIGHT EVEN IF 'PIGGING OUT' ON TOMATOS. sam
Dear Dad and Ms. Mary:
Hope your supply run was successful and that you're back home safe and sound, enjoying the warmth! Looks like Mama Eagle is in for the night, looking after the kids-to-be. Those are wonderful suggestions about including kids in our efforts to preserve the real world and pass that ethic of respect and care on to the future generations. Thank you for being a part of that! Love to you both from Jamaka and fams
I too use to sneak mama's salt shaker and head to the garden for a fresh tomato!!! Hope you and Mary are doing well Dad.
