.Thanks to all of you for your Kindness and the good wishes that you sent me. I am ready now to settle down to a simple life. And get back to doing what I like best trying to help others to smile and be happy that I meet each day.

.I am begining to need my coffee , It must be ready I smell it. Sit down right here and I will pour this morning. Enjoy it and smile for me. Dad.

I hope that you all enjoyed having Misty with us over the labor day as much as I did. She is back home this morning. She is a very sweet girl.
. I would like to stop in this morning and see how things are going at Sara's Dog Training this will take you right to her interesting blog. Thanks Sara for sharing Misty with us. DAD.
.I do have several things planned to do begining today. I have a large tree in the side yard that has died and it has to come down. It is going to be a big and costly job but it has to come down.
. And my # 3 cam is supposed to arrive today, Pamela and Michael will be letting me know when they will be here to install it.
. I do have a thought for today that I will show you later, I did not get the video finished in time.
. I am going to stop with this for today. I am so glad that all is quiet here this morning, that is what I like. Check in the side panels for what you do not find here.I know that your day is going to be a good one, because we know how to make it one, don't we ?

I got the pleasure of reading two journal entries at once, since last night I went to be before you had written one. How wonderful that you got to visit with Misty! That must have been special. It looks like your birthday celebration found you surrounded with friends and family. Thanks for sharing your good times with us, and hope your day is as peaceful as possible even with that old tree having to come out.

You have a great family who came out to celebrate you...and you deserve the special treat. That coffee ice cream sure looks good to this coffee loving lady. This summer, when I took my grandsons to Hoffman's Playland, I discovered Edy's Expresso Chip (coffee ice cream with expresso chips). You should try it.
You have a busy day planned...and a noisy one as well. Those tree cutters make a big mess and a lot of noise. I hope it is not a tree filled with memories. Those are the hard ones to see go.
We had 6 large pine trees taken down in the spring. These were very ugly messy trees, over the years the tops had been cut off by the electric company and the bottom branches died off, the trees only had middles. Now, 4 months later, we sit in our yard and admire how nice it is back here..so open and bright. Also, a lot less work this fall with the pine needles and pine cones not needing raking.
The enjoyable part of your day will be having Pam and Michael visit and install CAM #3 for the pleasure of all of us. Looking forward to seeing the views.
It is a very foggy morning here and I haven't decided what I will focus on this day but it has begun nicely with a smile and a good cup of coffee with you. Thanks for the visit.

Cake with chocolate icing and coffee ice cream? What could be more delicious? Dad, it looks like you had a wonderful birthday dinner at such a lovely restaurant and with so many good friends and family! That makes me SMILE.
