The Sedum plant that we have (see picture above) has pink blooms. In the Fall the bees and butterflies enjoy the flowers which are full of nectar. This plant was given to Mary by one of her school friends, I want to thank her and tell her that the bees and butterflies are not the only one enjoying this flower old Dad is enjoying it also..

Daylight begins here in East Tenn around 7:15 a.m. That is when the cam is the best.
View Dad's back yard, in the spring you will be able to watch the tomatoes grow, from the start untill they ripen. Dad.
We don't need to rush so much this morning, it is saturday and most of us are off today, ( I am off every day,) So we need to start off slow and easy, I feel like that we are going to have a good day. I want to ask you a question, have you told anyone this morning that you love them ? Well we all should do that before we leave our home.

The Sedum plant is beautiful! I haven't told anyone yet, because all of my family are still in the bed.....But I would like to tell you I LOVE YOU & that You are a great inspiration to me Dad!!!! That's for having the coffee ready. I'm up watching hurricane Ike's attack on Texas.....

I am happy to hear that the rest you have been getting is doing you good. The coffee is delicious this morning and the sedum is beautiful. I tell people I love them everyday, but today you will be the first to hear it. I love you Dad and I appreciate you. I hope your weekend is good and although you have a funeral to attend for your old friend, I hope you can spend the weekend remembering him and good times that you had together.

Sure hope your weekend is a relaxing and peaceful one, and that you feel strong and rested to go to your friend Taylor's funeral. Safe journeys there and back.
Hope you'll join me in praying for those in the path of Hurricane Ike. I have lots of loved ones all in through there. My aunt is okay, but don't know about all the others. I've emailed them. Always pray the hardest for all the cats, in homes and homeless, to be protected. I love them so much.

Good Monday morning to y'all. There wasnt a save button on Mondays post, so I went back to Saturdays since I missed it anyway. Have a safe trip today and see you when you get back.
