DADS SATURDAYS ENTRY TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT

" Three things in human life are important, the first is to be kind, the second is to be kind, and the third one is to be kind "

Good Morning.

My son, Jim, went fishing on Thursday to Douglas Lake. He and his buddies caught 23 nice “croppies”. They are delicious to eat, and I’m hoping he bring me a mess soon.DAD

Look at that smile, he must have saw something funny, or heard a joke from one of his friends,

Jim loves to fish and I am glad that he is retired from Eastman and has a chance to go often. He has a nice pontoon boat, and he has two other fishermen that go with him.

If you will click on Outside Cam # 1 you will see a beautiful Flag waving in the wind and right below the Flag is a Blue Bird box with 3 or 4 baby blue birds. I have been watching them being fed today. DAD.

Measure twice- Saw once.?????????? I will explain my thought here Monday morning. DAD

Just could not wait any longer, for the Burpee plants to arrive, they will be here early next week, then you will see some action around here, Dad.

Sundays plans are about the same as usual. Our Sunday morning meeting, and then a lunch at home in Dad's kitchen with Prince, mabye a short nap in the afternoon.

As you know I do not write a journal on Sunday. I do plan to talk to you as we drink a cup of Sumatra x bold on Monday morning.

I like the first quote at the top of your post today...be kind, be kind, be kind! Good advice, good to remember.

Oreo spotted some deer on his potty break early this morning, and surely woke the neighborhood up with his barking. If my neighbors thought they were going to have a quiet summer now that Misty is gone, they were mistaken!

Off to take a walk before the rain comes in.

Have a good weekend.

Good morning DAD...

Sorry I missed you yesterday.....a full day of school and after school activities kept us really busy. It was fun but school is definitely for the young who can run from class to class.

Today we will go to Longwood Gardens to see and smell spring. Should be another good day. Enjoyed those tomato plants. Right now I am staying in the middle of Brandywine county, home of the original brandywine tomato.

Have a wonderful weekend. ...Sara's Mom

It's wonderful to see you have started those tomato plants. No one can plant them here till late May due to chances of frost. I hope your weekend is a great one.

Dear DAD,
While looking at the photo of you near your tomato plants, I though, you can judge a man by the way he tends his tomatoes. Kindness is your way. Tomorrow is truly your day to rest and think about the kind words heard at Prayer Meeting. Aloha....Sara's aunt
