ENTRY # EIGHTEEN HUNDRED & FORTY FOUR

Good Morning.
.

We had the large tree removed on Tuesday morning. I have not been able to get any more pictures ready yet. I will have a few later. That looks like a dangerous job to me. I think that I am going to stay on the ground. DAD

I am going to see what AOL says about the weather for today. We are having a lot of showers. Here is what we expect for today.

.Today..9/18/09

.
Rain showers early then thundershowers for the afternoon. Humid. High 78F. Winds light and variable. Chance of rain 60%
.

I am running a little late on this Friday morning and I have not even had any coffee, and I am beginning to feel the need for a cup of good hot Starbucks. And I smell it. I know its ready, so sit down, I hope that someone will offer to pour for us. Dad.

.

I need to rush over to Sara's house , this is the link that will take us there Sara's Dog Training I don't want to be late.( you know that Sara is a teacher and I should be there on time) I always enjoy seeing Oreo and Misty and the great change that I can see in them. Sara you have done a wonderful job. You three make me Smile every morning. We all are proud of you and glad that we have you as a friend, DAD.

.

Here is a link below that you must see today. I just began showing it yesterday and I like it very much. Thanks Steve B for letting us use this. DAD.

Here is my thought for today.

" The strength of smiles is such that we can detect them even when we cannot see another person's face. Telephone companies or call centers suggest that their employees smile while talking on the phone. Smiles can be observed in the voice as well as on one's face."

This is another one from the article that Eric sent me. Dad.

.

It looks like that the humming birds are going to be busy on Cam # 3 today. Dad.

..

It is time for me to stop and get ready to get outside, I have not told you very much, I hope that you will go to my side panel o find anything that I have left out of my blog.

We all need to give the very best that we have today at home on the job or wherever that we are,( and I want you to know that includes old Dad.)

We all can smile and be kind, so let's not forget to do that. " Live for others every day."

BYE BYE DAD.

Good morning!

I hope you have a very lovely day. Not sure what our weather holds in our area, but it actually felt a bit warmer outside than it did inside the house! My daughter accidentally kicked down the A/C a bit too low. Brrr!

Have a great day!

Morning, Dad! I will pour the coffee, I don't mind a bit. I agree with you, cutting down that old tree looks like a dangerous job. Your yard must seem much different now to both you and the birds! I hope you have a pleasant day today.

Good Morning Dad....Usually I come by for my 2nd cup of coffee but this morning I could use a smile a bit earlier. Thanks Becky for pouring that delicious cup of Starbucks. The link to Steve's photos is a great addition. Steve makes us see the beauty in the universe through photos and you make us see the beauty in it through words. Now,I'm going to enjoy my day and hope you do too. ...Sara's Mom

It is Friday and I'm SMILING right along with you today. This is always my favorite day of the week. I know now that I'll be off work for 2 whole days and can get that much needed R&R that is so important to us all. I do hope your weekend will be a great one!

Good morning Dad, I don't blame you a bit for not getting up in that tree bucket. I had rather my feet be on the ground. I looked at cam three and saw a couple of hummers. That feeder looks like one of ours. Sounds like Oreo did great yesterday. I would love to meet him and Misty and give them both some hugs wouldn't you? Sara also. You and Mary have a nice day. Helen

Dear Dad and Ms. Mary:

Oh, Dad, you're wise. Staying on the ground and having some coffee sounds like a good plan -- much safer than doing that tree take-down! Sure am sorry I can't see the WebCams any more, but the new one must be wonderful to see, with all the visitors you will be getting in your wildlife habitat!

May you and Ms. Mary have a wonderful weekend! Love from Jamaka and fams

You made me more than smile when I read that you didn't want to be late for Sara's blog.
Dad, have you ever been late in your life? I doubt it.
Oreo, Misty, and the beautiful photos of dragonflies make me smile. Sara's Aunt
