ENTRY #FIFTEEN HUNDRED AND NINETY-FIVE

GOOD MORNING,

I am feeling good this morning, what about you. I did sleep good last night and I believe that after I get a cup of that STARBUCKS that I can handle any thing that might come up. I might even smile.

There is a Starbucks located close to where Mary and I live, so we decided to stop in yesterday afternoon, and we sure did enjoy our time there. Everyone there was so nice to us, we had a cup of coffee and a piece of some kind of cake.

The Starbucks that we visited is location at 10646 Chapman Hwy. That is the road leading out of Knoxville, to the Smokies.( Highway # 441 South ) If you should be going to the Smokies you would pass right in front of it; if you should come this way call Dad and Mary and we will meet you there and share a cup of coffee with you. DAD

They do have the wireless service there so believe it or not I started my blog there. That must be a first for me. And below is a short video that Mary made of me.

Please don't make fun of me, I was real tired when this above was made. I had worked outside the most of the morning. If Starbucks will ever let me come back again I will try to do a better job. But what can you expect out of a 95 year man any way.

I have been ask by several of you why I get up so early. Well I have more than one answer. One is that I love the early morning quietness. After the rush of the day begins it's hard to even think, and I do love to sit a little while each morning and just think of good things that have come my way, even the fact that God has let me see the light of another new day.

And another one is that I have a few readers "across the pond'' as one of my readers put it who are in a different time zone than I am, 5 hours earlier and they like to have a cup of hot tea and a smile before they leave for work. So here it is friends, sit and enjoy. Dad.

There is a place for us all to fill, we need to be content with it, and be faithful in our little place. DAD.

I will be back in the morning if all goes well today, let's all try to be good today sometimes it's hard to do, but we can try. We need to show all the kindness that we can today because that there is a shortness of kindness in this world. And SMILES are not too plentiful either, maybe we could spare one of ours.
