Well how are you this new morning. All is well here in The Tennessee Valley. We had a windy day yesterday, and it was cool all day.
....
But I see that it is some warmer here this morning, at 4:25 a.m. it is 63 and the wind has calmed down. Now that seems like something that I can enjoy.
....
I am out of my bed but that is all I am going to say right now, I hardly know how I do feel, not bad and not very good, I just seem to have a tired feeling. but I think that a couple of cups of coffee might help that.
Well I have had one of my cups of coffee and I am feelin better, Princess just now came in and I smiled at her, be sure and stop in and get your smile. Dad.

Hi Dad... maybe you should try a cup of Sleepytime tea and get a little more rest. It's awfully early! Of course, I haven't even gone to bed yet out here in California.

I am interested... do you have any tips on how to live a long and active life? I mean besides eating tomatoes? I know tomatoes are good for you, though! Whatever it is you're doing, I want my mom to do it, too, so she'll be around a long time.
