I have the same old excuse every morning, I don't have anything to say and I know that you get tired of hearing that. I think that your answer to me would be. "If you would have worked yesterday instead of relaxing and taking naps all day that you might of had a lot too say". Well those naps were very good. DAD.

Good morning, Dad, nice to see you so well and happy this morning, and that Prince is keeping you company!
I'm with you in thinking that naps are great. No need to ever apologize for a nap. I like the idea they have in some other countries of taking the afternoon siesta, even the business people! We would all be a lot happier if we took naps. I think of it as a quiet time for listening to that still, small voice inside.
I hope Mary gets some good advice at Vanderbilt. It's nice that you have such a good medical center within driving distance. Maybe you two can stop for a treat at Starbucks while you're out.

It is Tuesday and I am ready for some x-bold coffee to warm up the body. You may have thought you had nothing to talk about, but posting "Be the best of whatever you are" is something very important to think about and talk about and act on. Bet you came up with this idea for your post while your eyes were closed and you were resting with Prince on your lap. Some of our best ideas come when we are at rest and at peace.
Misty and Oreo had a fun time playing in the snow yesterday. I preferred it from inside looking out.
